FBLA middle schoolers to come to campus March 24

More than 450 middle school students are expected to come to Meridian Community College campus on Friday, March 24, to participate in the FBLA-Middle Level competition.

FBLA-Middle Level (FBLA-ML) is the middle school division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. FBLA helps high school students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs.

The students will vie in contests such as business ethics, multimedia and website design, digital citizenship, and others as part of the day-long competition.

"We're honored to welcome these students to our campus," said Mandy Hurtt, director of recruiting. “It's inspiring to see such a large group of young individuals developing their talents in leadership and business, and we're excited to witness their potential and talent firsthand."
