According to director Jessica Price, "This classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity."

Leading the cast are Union natives Molly Cliburn as Belle and Jaylan Clay as Beast. Additional cast members include Victor Coker (Maurice) of Newton; Marc Sudduth (Gaston) of Louisville; Madison Fowler (Lefou) of Enterprise; DeAndre Broach (Lumiere) of Hickory; Alyssa Wiliamson (Cogsworth) of Carthage; Jocey Bell (Mrs. Potts) and Rebecca Melton (Enchantress), both of Forest; Joe Morrow (Chip) of Meridian; Paetyn Johnson (Madame de la Grande Bouche) and Madison Haney (Marie), both of Little Rock; Laurel Brantley (Babette) Jessy Thrash (Les Filles), Allandra Dunaway (Milkmaid), and Ella Windham (Bookseller), all of Philadelphia; Kenja Wingo (Les Filles) of Sebastopol; Hannah Eubanks (Les Filles) of Walnut Grove; and Sunflower Arasmith (Flower Seller) of Chunky.
