9.2% of citizens unemployed in Neshoba County in 2021

Neshoba County recorded an unemployment rate of 9.2% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 1,121 people out of the 29,153 living in Neshoba County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Neshoba County has remained fairly stable compared to the 9.2% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Neshoba County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 6.8%.
