Earlier today Bay Springs Fire Dept EMRs were dispatch to a call with a unresponsive person. Deputy R.H. Stockman and Bay Springs PD arrived on scene first and it was determined that the person may have overdosed on medication. Deputy Stockman administered Narcan nasally which reversed the effects of the medicine and the person became responsive. We normally don’t post about these calls but wanted to give a huge thank you to Deputy Stockman and all of our law enforcement in our county.
