NEW EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT:
Neshoba Central High School welcomes Joey Walker as teacher and girls’ soccer coach for the 2022-2023 school year. Joey is coming to us from Newton County High School where he has taught English and social studies while coaching girls’ soccer. Joey is completing his fourth year overall in education. He also has eight years of soccer coaching experience. He is a 2009 graduate of Newton County High School, a 2011 graduate of East Central Community College, a 2018 graduate of Mississippi State University, and also a 2019 master’s graduate of Mississippi State University. Joey is currently working towards his specialist degree at MSU and will be finished in May 2022. Joey is married to Bridget Walker, and their children include Hailey Burrage (21), Hayden Burrage (18), Meredith Burrage (16), and Laney Burrage (12).
